Edison A. Bardowell

Edison A. Bardowell is currently Chairman CEO of The Legacy Corporation, whose businesses include, Legacy Youth Foundation Inc, and international subsidiary; Legacy Holland B.V. Mr. Bardowell has obtained several other prestigious positions including a position as the youngest executive at the Boy Scouts of America. With 7 years of business experience outside of Legacy Corporation he has dedicated much of his time to non-profit Organizations and Philanthropy. Mr. Bardowell serves as Chairman on the Board of Gorilla Repertory Theater, Pet Project Alliance and as an advisor for the New York City Department of Education CBO Initiative.

Jonathon Fields

Jonathan Fields grew up in Manhattan, where he often visited the various city museums. This exposure inspired a great love of the arts which he pursued at Lafayette College where he received his B.A. For many years, he worked for his family carpet firm, Edward Fields, Inc., where he was lucky enough to continue his involvement in the arts by working with well known artists on various projects. He and his wife Jackie Kelly are avid contemporary dance supporters; their favorite dancers are their daughters Olivia and Allegra.

John M. Giacoppo

John Giacoppo joined the Notes in Motion Associate Board in 2006. John is a Vice President with the Private Banking group of JPMorgan Chase, has substantial corporate banking experience, and has had various overseas assignments with the Bank. He has also worked for Westinghouse Electric Corp. He is a graduate of Syracuse University (BSEE) and has an M.B.A. form Rutgers and an A.P.C. in International Economics from NYU. John was an EMT with the Pennington, NJ First Aid Squad for nearly 4 years.

Michael Ifraimov

Michael Ifraimov joined the Associate Board in 2007. Michael is currently an Associate at American Securities Opportunities Fund, a distressed securities fund based in New York, where he is responsible for analyzing, negotiating and structuring leveraged buyouts and private equity investments in various industries and executing new investments for the fund’s debt portfolio. Prior to joining American Securities, Michael worked as an investment banking analyst at Houlihan Lokey from 2005 to 2007, where he executed a variety of transactions including sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, restructuring mandates and financing transactions. Michael’s engagements have spanned a broad array of industries including Consumer Products, Aerospace, Basic Industrials, Healthcare and Transportation. Michael received a BS degree, cum laude, from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business where he double majored in Finance and Accounting.

Robert A. Ladd

Robert Ladd is the Head of Compliance Training for the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs. He is primarily responsible for training development and initiatives across the firm's Private Wealth Management and Asset Management departments. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Robert was Senior Corporate Counsel at Pfizer Inc, supporting Global Compliance, and later the Managed Care business. Robert began his legal career as an associate at Brown & Wood, and later joined Latham & Watkins. At both firms, he served as a transactional attorney in structured finance. Before pursuing a career in law, Robert taught literature at North Carolina State University, where he also graduated with a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Literature. Robert received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. He is a member of the bar of the State of New York.

Mary Pino

Mary Pino currently works for ICE Futures U.S., formally New York Board of Trade, a commodities exchange located in lower Manhattan. She graduated from St. John's University in 2004 with a degree in Accounting. Her junior year she traveled to Europe for a semester and lived n Rome, Italy. This gave her the opportunity to explore the extraordinary art of Rome and other neighboring cities such as Florence, Paris, Napoli, and Sicily. Mary is thrilled to have joined Notes in Motion in 2007 so she may continue to be apart of the artistic world.
